Quarterly autocall after Year 1, with an initial call premium of 23.50% and stepping up by 5.87% each quarter the note remains uncalled.
At maturity, investors receive a 70.5% return if the worst-performing underlier finishes above the initial call level.
At maturity, principal is returned if the worst-performing underlier is not down more than 40%.
Memorizer Feature: Underliers can satisfy the call condition on different observation dates; the note is called once the final underlier qualifies.
Example: If SMH reaches the call level at Month 12, RTY at Month 15, and XLU at Month 18, the note is automatically called at Month 18.
